Strong EMS Requries Reliable Funding.
Keep Local EMS Strong.
Say YES to Local EMS!
THANK YOU ST. CLAIR COUNTY FOR CONTINUING TO SUPPORT STRONG, LOCAL EMS!
On Aug. 4, 2026, St. Clair County residents voted to approve the renewal of the ambulance service millage proposal in St. Clair County. After the approval, Tri-Hospital EMS President and CEO Tim Niggemeyer issued the following statement:
“Strong EMS requires reliable funding and local residents stepped up to ensure that local EMS can continue to have the funding to be there when residents need us. Renewal of the millage funding means local EMS providers will be able to continue providing the top-notch emergency care that is expected by local residents. The renewed funding ensures the improvements made with millage funding will remain intact and local EMS teams will be able to keep providing excellent support across the county. We are grateful for the community support and stand ready to do what we do best – be there when local residents need us most.”
The millage will continue providing funding for emergency services to Tri-Hospital EMS, Richmond Lenox EMS and the City of Marysville, who provide ambulance services in St. Clair County. The millage will cost each county household approximately $5 per month, based on the $125,000 taxable value of a St. Clair County home.
